If you cannot attend a workshop, you can contact us within 15 days of the workshop to receive credit or transfer to another workshop. However, if we are not notified of your availability to attend, you will be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be provided.

Participants can access their certificates of completion by downloading them from their ASA accounts.
To ensure an interactive and engaging experience for all participants, there is a maximum limit on registrations for each virtual workshop. If a workshop exceeds this limit, we participants can be added to another workshop course at another date and time.
We want our participants to be comfortable sharing and engaging in the course. Therefore, we do not record any of our training sessions.
Each Zoom meeting link is customized for each user. It will be configured based on the user’s registration email. Thus only one person is permitted to use each link.
